Not very durable in lug nuts

Not very durable I took the nuts off four times in one fell swoop and put them back on with a torque wrench And every time I take them off the metal it comes out And you feel shaky when trying to come back. I don't think those are my cleats because they are ARP cleats and it doesn't take much to damage them.
