If like me you're in between sizes.
Fits well. It needs some breaking in, but overall the shoe feels very secure and sticks to the ground very well. If like me you're between sizes (9.5 to 10) I suggest going down the smaller size as per other reviews.
Pros
- Comfortable, good looking and a bit heavy (but that's ok) My nano and metcon sizes are 14 and the lift fits perfectly too
Cons
- A tight fit can lead to blisters and chafing
