I have tendonitis and it hurts a lot. When I have this ankle support my ankle and foot feel much better. This bandage is very well made and fits my foot size 6M perfectly. It stretches well so I'm sure it will fit many other sizes. The velcro is quite strong, so don't lose the black stripes that go with the velcro when you remove the clip. Excellent purchase!
