These pads are amazing and you should buy them if you have them.

tl;dr: These pads are amazing and you should buy them if you need to brake more than you need to stop or move. Not intended for track use on vehicles over 3200lb. I have used these pads twice in the past on previous cars. They keep surprising me, but this time they went even further. I've had brake problems on my 2012 Mustang GT for a long time. Tried changing pads (normal) and flushing/bleeding fluid but with minimal improvement. I installed these pads last night and wow they made a difference. The pedal used to drop under moderate braking, but after properly dipping and cooling these pads my pedal felt better than new from the factory and the bite these pads provide is insane. factory instructions to get good performance from them. When first installed, my pedal actually felt a lot worse than it did with the old, worn out pads. The pedal was almost imperceptible and almost hit the floor. After doing the required bedding routine of about 6 hard brakes at 45-10 mph and then about 8 hard brakes at 70-10 mph, they had a very strong odor that let me know it was working. As a visual confirmation that the correct temperatures had been reached, the rotors turned uniformly blue. They need to move continuously for about 10 minutes to allow them to cool completely or you may cause warping. Once fully cool, the pedal should be firm with proper padding and the brakes should grip very strongly. Pros: Affordable for the performance you get from them. They reach the optimum temperature. Durable for the construction site. Low rotor wear. They work great in cold weather, which is not always typical on construction sites. Silent when installed and installed correctly. The brakes don't squeal when approaching traffic lights. Stronger than standard retaining springs. Tons of high temperature brake grease. Excellent installation and lapping instructions. once detected) they can fade and become quite useless. Get HP+ for racing cars. Aggressive bedding can be difficult depending on your location. Empty country roads are a must. It may seem counter-intuitive, but the pads are so thick that they can complicate installation on some vehicles as they may require maximum caliper travel, which is difficult for crank and pressure calipers towards the end. Number for your car can be difficult. Use the Hawk website then buy from Revain as it's much more expensive anywhere.
