I was really looking forward to using this towel. Using some scratchy towels to dry my little Pontiac Vibe was getting old and I didn't like that they could leave small scratches or swirl marks. I've watched a few videos of towel drying and seen how they pull water out of the machine and leave no streaks. I was pumped to do a no streak pass and a really soft cloth for my color, unfortunately this cloth didn't work like the video. I did 3 laps around my little car and there was still water on the paint. I had to take another towel to finish the job. Although it soaked up a significant amount of water, it took multiple passes with multiple towels. I sent the glove back. I was excited to try it but it wasn't much of a difference to what I was used to. This was the first drying towel I've ever tried, maybe my hopes were too high, maybe everyone does multiple passes with multiple towels, it just wasn't good enough. I felt like I was walking around my car with a heavy, water-soaked towel, leaving huge wet streaks everywhere I wiped. It was hard to believe everyone was raving about it, I was wondering if those towel rails were some sort of gimmick, I hope not. I think I'll start looking for 2 pack drying towels if I need to use multiple towels, at the very least they should be very soft. I've tried to be as honest as possible, hope this helps.
