I didn't like this wheel at all. where to start The wheel arrived bent into an oval. The base holding the wheel has 2 teeth holding it in place that were misaligned and didn't hold the wheel at all. The rectangular base below has also been bent. I was able to bend the parts back into the right shape as the metals used for this "beloved wheel" are very soft and flexible. Luckily this bike was too small even for my little chinchilla. This is a dangerous wheel for any pet larger than a mouse, grass, or hamster. The pins that stick in the middle and hold the wheel in place pose a serious injury hazard, as many of these animals can jump while running. This wheel is also too small and can pose a back hazard if it bends your pet's spine while walking. 1 star for customer service. I was able to process the return quickly and efficiently. I'm sorry to give such a negative review but fair is fair and this is my honest experience with this product.
