🐹 Ware Manufacturing Small Pet Tread Exercise Wheel - Metal Review

I have bought several Ware wheels, they get thinner and thinner over the years. This one came with a warped wheel but we were able to get it back into shape. The wheel stand/suspension is so weak that the wheel falls off when my little rat girls do it fast. I will not buy any more wheels. I have one that is over 6 years old and is so strong I couldn't bend it even if I sat on it.

The wheel was very big and perfect for my chinchilla, but every time he bumped into it, the wheel flew off the metal stand. Installation outside the cage showed that the metal spokes were made unevenly. The wheel was slightly scattered in one direction. Very weak stand for this steering wheel. As a result, I reused the wheel with a homemade holder. It's sad that I had to do something to use a product that was supposed to be ready to use.

This is a well designed large balance bike. I am only very disappointed that it came in a plastic bag which does not protect the item from being deformed. Side. Bixby doesn't bend it back into shape. Also, it is a very good rat trainer. Love how it can be attached to the side of the cage but this one is being returned and hopefully it will be in a shipping box when they send another. Otherwise I would give 5 stars because of the construction and the robustness.

I bought Kateey brand 12 inch wheels in all sizes, they have been running for 7 years. I thought they were the same. Not even close! The base is 2 inches shorter in design so you can't lift the wheel to compensate for the giant rat's heavy walking. The side pieces lay flat on the wheel where the base fits into the holes. I didn't like this wheel at all. where to start The wheel arrived bent into an oval. The base holding the wheel has 2 teeth holding it in place that were misaligned and didn't hold the wheel at all. The rectangular base below has also been bent. I was able to bend the parts back into the right shape as the metals used for this "beloved wheel" are very soft and flexible.
