Wore this lock for about a week. Charged overnight. Not bad worked (80%) accuracy when reading fingerprints and unlocking. Now it doesn't read fingerprints (neither red nor green light). Tried charging for several hours, still no luck. I've already sent a refund but I can't get the lock off the bike (I'm just lucky). I will try to recharge it from the backup battery at night and hope it will work tomorrow. If that doesn't work, I'll send it back to the manufacturer with a nice bar. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this lock, especially if you are traveling and locking your bike away from home. I'm lucky it's locked at home, my only regret is having it hooked up to my bike. UPDATE: Bought a small 14" bolt cutter. Cut the wire in less than 5 seconds (good thing I didn't jump to a 30" bolt cutter); Cutting this wire was like cutting 5-8 at a time Sheet of paper with scissors I cut the steak harder than this Please do not buy this if you are even considering a lock for your bike.
