Review on πŸ“š Atlantic Bookshelf Speaker Stands - Steel Build, Pedestal Style with Wire Management, Supports Bookshelf-Style Speakers up to 20 lbs. PN 77335799 - Black (Pack of 2) by Victoria Gomez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cheap, passable, has issues

Pros: cheap ($47) solid metal construction spiked feet and (optional) speaker mounts PSA speaker mounts decent gap o-ring for base Cons: very unremarkable: my ELAC Uni - Fi The UB5 speakers are very heavy and rather unreliable on the brackets. The base tips are about 1 inch from the edges of the base, so it tips over more than it could be. Definitely not for a family with children. Rust inside (not too bad) Bad alignment between base and top. They are noticeably bent towards each other, maybe 3-5 degrees. Poor top screw tolerances make the top platform wavy. Not such a big deal as the speaker weights them pretty well, but you do need to have the adjustment screw loose enough. Overall impression: poor quality control but reasonably priced. Some improvements can be made, e.g. B. removing the spiked feet and adding rubber feet to the edges of the base for extra stability. Would recommend if you're looking for something to replace the chairs your speakers sit on. Not recommended for speakers over $200. or if you have children/pets that may interfere with the speakers.
