User interface is very simple and easy to use. The system has all the important information regarding my candidates. I can also track my candidate's performance and progress easily as it provides reports for each candidate. It is not so expensive, but still worth considering. It is best for recruitment process. It helps me to keep track of my candidates and their progress. It saves time and effort in searching information from different sources. I like how easy it was for me to use, so much easier than using paper resumes! Nothing really. It's just all good. The interface could be improved in some areas but nothing too major or noticeable. We love having all of our resume data saved online and accessible at any time when we're searching through potential candidates. This allows us to narrow down what jobs are best suited for the skills they have listed vs what positions currently exist within our organization, which saves valuable time.
