It's easy for employees or applicants with little experience in data entry, it can be used without any training as well! Sometimes there are problems when saving files but they don't last long so you'll have no problem going back later after some time has passed since your first save attempt; if this happens then just try again immediately because usually those issues will go away once everything gets saved properly (and I think most people who use recruittrack tend not too frequently).
