The best thing about this product is its ability to track applicants' information, including resumes, applications, interviews, etc. This makes it easy for recruiters/managers to keep up with their employees in real time. I like how quickly you can access all your data from anywhere via mobile app or desktop web browser. There are some features which could be improved such as creating custom tabs and filters. It's very user-friendly and simple to use. We've been able to easily manage our employee database and have made sure we're always aware of what they need next.
