I purchased this controller expecting seamless performance in my manufacturing unit. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. The product is not very intuitive, and the documentation was not helpful, which made the installation process tedious. While the product worked, the controls were not user-friendly. Its industrial and scientific features are overshadowed by the poor design and functionality of the controller.
