This is a great budget APS-C portrait lens. It's sharp and inexpensive, but autofocus hits or misses every now and then, and chromatic aberration is noticeable in high-contrast situations and I couldn't easily get rid of it. With Pentax it is better to save the 35/1.4 ART, which should have its own lens.
