The best part of twiC is that they have so many great features to give our employees an ease when it comes time for their retirement plan, health care etc..
I don't like having everything in one place instead what i want are different tabs or sections where each has its own section/tabs! but thats just my opinion maybe someone else would love this better than me? It's been very helpful because now all we need from them as far back planning goes which gives us more control over things such scheduling changes ect.
