I have to rate this jacket because it lasted us over a year. My son is small for his age so bear that in mind. We bought him in November 2015 when he was 8 months and 22 months, this size still fits (snug but fits). This is one of the 6-12 things he still wears. He wears 18-24 months in most trousers and shirts. This is a fantastic car seat jacket as it is not bulky at all and was recommended by the Car Seat Lady blog. It's good for 40-50 temps. Next time I plan to buy him a 2T and let him grow on him. Considering how inexpensive it is, I was even happier that it lasted so long. I wouldn't say it stretches very much
