Bad scanner - barcode scanner

Said no download required. Just plug in the scanner and use it. Bought 3 for work and none worked properly. The first had a bad cable, the second worked on one of our laptops, but when connected to our desktop it stopped scanning altogether. I didn't even open the 3rd. When I called the company for IT help, they said they were sold by a third party, even though they said they were sold by the company. First time Revain has let me down on a product.
