It's easy to use and it helps us keep track of our employees and their schedules.

I wish we could set up more than just an email alert for when someone is going to be away from work, but other than that there isn't anything I dislike about this software. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a simple way to manage their employees schedule and time off. We have been able to make sure we are keeping track of our employees time off and ensure they don't get in trouble for taking too much or not enough vacation time.
