Based on my experience, these cardboard inserts are the perfect addition to our Halloween shirt crafts! The inserts expand the shirt while we paint and decorate, ensuring that our designs don't bleed through to the back. These inserts are a great value and a must-have for any arts and crafts enthusiast .The only downside is that they are a bit flimsy and may not last for multiple uses. Overall a great purchase for a fun crafting activity!
