Review on EMS eSchedule by Michael Cooper

This product was very easy to use! It allowed us to schedule our entire department quickly and efficiently. We have been able to integrate several programs that we were not able to before (time cards, payroll). Also the ability to enter text into multiple fields makes this program flexible. Not every feature worked as advertised from what I remember so make sure you test with a trial version first - it would save me a lot of headaches in trying something new when there are no problems found at all during testing period. This allows staff to keep their schedules separate from each other which helps if one person does not do theirs correctly or gets sick. Scheduling has become easier now that everything can be done through the web. I LOVE that this system allows me to get the job done without having to spend hours searching through paper files every day. It's very easy to use. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer than I'd like to do an update, but they are working hard to improve this product! So far so good! We love it so far. It's great that we have all of our employees' contact information right at our fingertips. It makes it easier for me to keep up with everyone's schedule.
