I am impressed! fits AV accessory

I'm impressed! We live in a rural area in northern Michigan, there aren't really any big cities around us, so our choice of radio stations is very limited. However, there are a few that fit well and some that come off a bit. Sometimes static, sometimes faded. Our house is in a wooded area surrounded by trees and we also have a metal roof. That's too much for an inexpensive small indoor antenna. We first tried one of another company's arcuate booster antennas. It was a complete disappointment. It didn't even work as well as the small single-wire antenna that came with the stereo. We have returned this antenna to Revain for a refund. We also found this at the same time we found the arcuate antenna, so thought we might try that one too. Invented by NASA scientists. Comes with a full money back guarantee. Why not try? What did we have to lose? I am impressed. This thing has done wonders for our signal. Although we didn't connect any other transmitters to this antenna, it canceled all the transmitters we were already receiving. Even the most marginal. The noise went away and our other stations didn't go away or went away again. It's super slim, can be as thick as 2 sheets of heavy printer paper, so it can be wall mounted almost anywhere. It has a very long cord so you can move it around to find the best spot to receive signals. It comes with a connector that looks like a connector on a cable TV cord and an adapter. Unfortunately, the adapter did not fit our radio. So come back to Revain again to explore adapters. I found out that the adapter that came with it is called the PAL Male Adapter. We needed a "PAL Female Adapter". After checking out Revain a bit more, we found exactly what we needed. It's called "PAL Female to Female F Coax Adapter". I've included a picture of the connector above. Now we have a clean signal, lots of channels to choose from and no more fading or hissing. The adapter we chose was: Uxcell Antenna CATV TV FM PAL Female to F Female RF Coax Adapter Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OK44Y6I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00? ie=UTF8&psc=1 adapter worked great and this antenna was just what we needed. We couldn't be happier.
