I gave my old mount to my wife and bought this new one. Not much has changed from the other model I had, except that the magnet seems to be stronger. Now it comes with a small parts storage case for installation, which can help you store other things in the car. I've been a fan of Vanmass bindings for a long time. Great product and great customer service. My phone has never fallen out of the holder during use. I like the telescopic arm when I need to see something up close. I was not disappointed.
