For those in need of automotive tools and equipment, the MYCHANIC online store may seem like a convenient choice, but my most recent shopping experience was anything but positive. Finding what you're looking for on the website is challenging due to the cluttered structure, and the search engine was unreliable. The actual goods were of average quality, and some even seemed overpriced in comparison to rival brands. In addition, the delivery took longer than anticipated, and I couldn't get through to the customer support. Overall, MYCHANIC fell short of my hopes, and I wouldn't suggest it to other people looking to purchase automotive tools.
