I bought this 'used - like new' from Revain stock so wasn't surprised that 1 was broken and 2 or 3 were dented or deformed. There was 40 in the bag so it's okay I can handle it. However, I tested several of each color and they seem to pass the same amount of water, which I believe is closer to 2.2 GPM. . They also didn't seem to aerate very well, producing a very dense jet of water that caused splashing when I used the kitchen sink. I pulled a 1.5 GPM aerator from the bathroom faucet and tested it in the kitchen sink. The stream of water was very gentle and fizzy without splashing when I put my hand directly under the faucet or ran the water in the sink. Also, I can confirm that the washers were custom sized as per other reviews and stated in the product description. Not sure why they chose these sizes as the large ones are too big and the small ones are too small. If you're just looking for cheap aerators and don't care about splash or proper water flow, then this is a great value. But if you're looking for really good aeration and proper water flow that doesn't cause splashing, then look elsewhere.
