I highly recommend.
Have had a torn Rotator Cuff injury - never surgically repaired for over 14 years along with Achilles' tendon injury and a couple of broken foot bones . I have used this tape for many years for healing those injuries and found relief from pain and can return to almost normal functioning. The advantage is the ability to shower while wearing and it remains in place for at least 6 days on average. I also have very sensitive skin when it comes to adhesives but this tape does not produce a negative reaction. It allows a complete range of motion but at the same time is supportive . I highly recommend.
