My mother has Parkinson's disease and trips, slips and falls often. She lives in a nursing facility (intensive care home) where she is supposed to wear non-slip socks. They give her the look you would get in a hospital, which is usually bright yellow or black in color and longer than ankle length (i.e. ugly and too big). She says they don't hold up well and don't help her much. I put them on her and she said her feet feel great and they hold the ground very well. I'm thinking of buying her another pack so she can have several.
