I bought two of these. They wouldn't install (see below) so I returned both, ran out and bought 2 Dorman units which put to use immediately. I sent both back and only got a refund for one of them. The problem is that to set the switches you have to be fully on "auto". Neither of them allowed the derailleur to rotate fully (literally only 1/4 inch), but this resulted in the baseplate not fully retracting and therefore I didn't have enough clearance to the spindle. I spent over 2 hours getting them to install and less than 1 hour to install and finish Dormans. The $400 Dorman hurts, but it's worth it. It's useless. Now I don't have $45 here either.
