They were not helpful at all and not very pleasant. They said it because I was two weeks old.

I've had many problems with the product and with the company itself. First, it didn't come with an HDMI cable as advertised. I had to contact people and after about a week they sent me one but within a week I couldn't use the product. Two weeks into the return period, things started to deteriorate badly. I contacted Revain and they referred me to a company that sells the product. They were not helpful at all and not very pleasant. They said I can't return it because I was two weeks late, but I can get another one. However, they did not talk about how I could get another one. I had it for four months and it just kept getting worse. That does not work. I can't watch Netflix or use Youtube. Stands and freezes all the time. Problems ALWAYS arise. I keep having to disconnect and reconnect, but sometimes it doesn't work. I checked if my internet connection is broken, but it isn't. If I could I would never buy this product. I don't recommend this to anyone. If you are thinking of buying this product, don't. The company doesn't help and the product itself is terrible.
