Wanted to Love Best in Cycling

, I wanted to love this bike. I bought it for my 4 year old who is very active. Good first. The bike is charming in classic cruising style. It's heavy, but not so heavy that it's difficult to drive, so it feels more durable than the standard Huffy. The cogs are (I guess) bigger in the chain, which allows him to move faster on whatever pedal he likes. Not negative. First of all the assembly instructions are a joke, it's better not even open it because the example they use is the wrong bike and it doesn't work. One only has to work with photos on the Internet to understand this. If you're expecting something like a Baby Huffy that's pretty much already built, you're going to be very disappointed. The bike I received was missing various nuts and bolts, adding another layer of complexity. I got it all figured out and still need it but another nut for the front fender, just haven't had a chance yet and the bolt seems to stay ok and I check it every time it drives to make sure it goes through presses the frame and does not fall out. The grips for the handlebars are split so I'll have to buy replacement grips but I haven't started looking yet, I just want to keep the new brown grips from the manufacturer. In addition, the front wheel housing was damaged, so it had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the front tire was also defective. When I got the new tube what I thought was a tube issue was a whole tire and tube and I hope the wheel isn't damaged. Если бы я купил его в магазине, я бы обменял его на новый, так как я думаю, что мой мог быть просто лимонным, но я этого не сделал, поэтому теперь я застрял, пытаясь заменить / исправить все проблемы, так что мой сын есть Bicycle. I might end up buying him a cheap Huffy at the end as we've always had great luck with their Walmart bikes. I was really hoping it would be different and was planning to buy the same bikes for my three girls but now I'm wondering if I should do it for fear of getting another bike with a bunch of issues, like i had it If you're good with bikes and love that sort of thing then that's not bad, but for me I work full time, I have 5 kids and a husband who isn't mechanical so it all falls on me.

Pros
  • MINIMAL MAINTENANCE REQUIRED - With a single speed drivetrain and black tires, the simple design minimizes bike maintenance issues. Full chain guard protects the chain well from rust.
Cons
  • Dear
