Review on ๐ŸŸจ Yellow Rubbermaid Commercial WaveBrake 2.0 35 Quart Down-Press Mop Bucket and Wringer (FG757788YEL) - Improved SEO-friendly Product Title by Julio Montano

The best bucket/squeeze combo I've ever seen.

I have been using buckets and presses since the 1970's. Everything was metal and heavy. In 1980 I switched to composites. Relatively light and durable. Early Rubbermaid wringers had gears that were too thin. In a few years, the gears will slide past each other. I would beef mine up by eating one of these to double the gear width. Worked great. Many years later I bought the last Rubbermaid machine. Very satisfied. The only improvement that needs to be made is a red handle that snaps into place at the end to make draining the water easier. It works when the spin is in the right position. This needs to be resolved. I'm not a big fan of a bottom drain as you will end up with a leaky bucket if you don't clean it every time you use it. Rubbermaid knows this and instructs you to clean it every time. Otherwise sand and sand will damage the rubber seal. However, other users may find this feature very useful. So that's my two cents.

Pros
  • Down Press tested to over 50,000 spins
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
