First Impression: I welded it at the store for $45 and left the resonator in. It's very quiet to me, but it has no hum! It has a nice deep sound when starting and driving. It also barks a bit under acceleration, but not overly aggressively. I think it will get better as it breaks a bit and in the long run. I was just expecting it to be louder, and now that I know what it sounds like, a plain trumpet would be fine. But I'm happy and it sounds very good! This would be great for someone like me who wants to ride daily and who wants to stand out if they want to. Only time will tell, but it's only going to get louder! Love it when you debate. Just take it and you're done. If you don't want a drone, it's important to keep the resonator on!
