The team at star board was very helpful with my questions about implementation issues I had when implementing this software into one or more locations within MSCS Solutions (our organization). They were also able help me understand how it would be beneficial for us going forward if implemented correctly! Nothing really- they did what their job required them too do which helped get things rolling along smoothly once all parties got together/agreed upon procedures & processes that needed attention so everyone could move ahead efficiently wtihout any major hiccups!!
