Excellent Customer Service at Ito Tech

The best part of working with Starboard was the excellent customer service. I never felt like I was being rushed or that my needs were not important. They worked with me to find the best solution for my needs. They were always honest about any concerns I had. The worst part of working with Starboard was the lack of communication. I had to go through several people to get an answer. I would recommend Starboard to anyone looking for a great customer service experience. I needed a solution that…

Star Board has been excellent to work wth in getting our new system up and running!!!

The team at star board was very helpful with my questions about implementation issues I had when implementing this software into one or more locations within MSCS Solutions (our organization). They were also able help me understand how it would be beneficial for us going forward if implemented correctly! Specific Customization Consultation Needed

I liked how they were able to help me with my questions throughout from start-to finish! The project was very specific so it took some time but once everything came together at end product i felt like things went well for myself. Nothing really that stands out because this particular team did great work overall. Maybe try another consultant if you have more general needs? We needed someone who could take what we had created before (a website)and design something new/fresh while keeping all…

  • How quick/quickly responses are dealt in an organized fashion as quickly or faster than other companies would be capable when dealing directly through them without 3rd parties involved; also just working closely alongside people is always easier then any outsourced option.its actually better since there's no intermediaries :) That said sometimes communication can turn up short however..if anyone has anything negative please contact your local store
