I don't have to worry about the car overheating and melting sticky glue or suction because it will be strong without these features. I had to add an adhesive pad, but since the pad is in the CD slot (for grip) it won't be in the sun all the time. Some of my photos show WHERE you placed them because a couple of times I couldn't put them in the right places (images in the guide weren't very helpful). PLEASE do not use suction cups/sticky phone holders. , or even ones that need to cling to an air vent or something. The stairs have failed me many times (especially on bumpy roads) and other reviewers often complain about the former as they don't stand up to the sun or heat. I looked at many Revain products in search of the right phone. owner, and I really think this is it. If you have a CD slot in your car, get this holder!
