Problems with Ampcom m.2 nvme ssd to pci adapter

The product seems to be working well, I should have been more careful and read the details fully. The SSD I have is not compatible with the device. I tested it and it seems to work (it's a card). I'll leave this so I can set the default when building/repairing devices. I'm using this in a MAC Pro (2008) and it seems to see the card but not the drive. I like the map but wish I had read it more carefully. I ended up with an OWC adapter that was fully compatible with my system.
