An absolute rescue to wear!

my dad and I worked with some guys who once gave us a strip of black goo and told us it was a game changer for torturing things. They named the bastard "Paki". Were they ever right! It's a lifesaver when it comes to fasteners you can't use two hands on! We used a lot of the strips these guys gave us, so my dad asked me to order these. Anyone who's been around knows these situations: 1. You need to drive a screw into a deep countersunk hole. The screw is NOT MAGNETIC and the hole is not big enough for your fingers to stay on and guide the screw. The screwdriver you use can't hold the screw when you lower it.2. You have to screw a nut onto a bolt in a confined space. You can install a bushing with a nut inside on the bolt's threads, but the nut simply pushes back into the bushing. A small ball of this butyl tape makes both of those difficult situations a lot more bearable. In the first case, put some of this tape on the screw head to make the screw stick to the screwdriver. You can lower the screw without falling out of the screwdriver. In the second example, carefully covering the bushing with some tape will hold the nut in place and allow you to thread it onto the bolt. In case you haven't guessed, my dad and I have been in similar situations many times and this cassette acted as a catalyst to make the job easier. why only four stars This material is REALLY sticky and the manufacturer packs it in a PLASTIC BAG. Getting this roll was a huge hassle and I had to spend about 20 minutes trying to get the tape out that was stuck in the bag. This tape is also difficult to store due to its stickiness. The manufacturer would really help the buyers if they packaged this tape in a resealable, resealable plastic box. Even if it adds a few dollars to the price, it would be worth the extra cost to have a roll of tape that's easier to retrieve and easy to store.
