
They are very helpful when it comes to setting up our product, they help us with any technical issues that arise during setup or operation of service and their team is always available via email for questions/concerns. The only thing I do not like about them is how long it takes them to respond to emails - sometimes days! So far we have been happy but if there were ever an issue that came up in-between the time we would contact you vs. your response to us then things could get awkward at times. We use Gazella primarily as a web analytics tool, however other features such as social media feeds & scheduling services can also be used.
