Totally unreliable. I installed it and tested it in the water the first day I received it. The alarm went off and I immediately got a notification on my phone. I thought great! The thing works perfectly. Then I decided to check it out after 2 weeks just to be sure. I put the sensor in water. He gave a single beep, then nothing. After that there was no sound, no mobile notification. The only thing it did was show the red lights which are useless since this thing is installed under the sink in the closet. All it takes is for this thing to fail once and it's utterly useless to do what it's designed to do and stop the very unlikely leak that will do major damage.
