Good build quality
This is a two plate system. There is a mounting plate that gives you access to the socket/switch screws. If you leave them slightly loose when installing the mounting plate, they will line up nicely. After that you can finish the mounting on the wall. Finally put the faceplate on and after a few shots you have a nice clean look. The panel snaps firmly into place, but not so hard that it can't be removed without breaking.
