So I got upset a few months ago because the product only worked for three months and started turning off when I tried to turn it on. However, the company contacted me and sent me a replacement car camcorder. To be honest, the product's internal battery is dead, which is normal for these internal cameras. After changing the battery everything worked. I was happy to see that the company corrected the situation and sent me a replacement. They also need to update their contact number at Revain.
