Very easy to use and assemble; almost silent. I only used cold water, probably not the best idea, so can't speak to its warmth. I bought this moisturizer specifically to use essential oils. I used 6 scents and 3 evaporated almost immediately. Only 2 aromas lingered for 4 hours. If all you need is a regular moisturizer, this is the perfect option. If you want to use essential oils, lavender, eucalyptus, and lemongrass are the best in my experience.
