Review on 🚴 Riakrum 6-Piece Bike Brakes Calipers Set: Aluminum C-Shape Brake Lever and V-Type Replacement, Ideal for Road Bikes by Leonardo Sandoval

Several points make these brakes very suspect. These include: (1) Poor English in the product description. I know this is a Chinese product but they need someone who can write clearly in English to describe their product ACCURATELY. (2) This is supposed to be both front and rear brakes (as described in the product description) but… the one brake with the longest mounting shaft is designed as a front brake. The shaft on my bike was a bit shorter. This meant I couldn't use a washer and locknut to attach it to the bike frame - the attachment shaft wasn't long enough. For the rear brake, the shaft was too long so it couldn't be tightened to the bike frame. I had to add 2 large spacers for the rear brake to fit properly. (3) I have both brakes to stop the bike, but the brakes have too much play from side to side. After using the brakes, they do not hold their position in the center of the wheel. One side moved very close to the rim and the other side moved away from the rim. Overall very poor quality of these brakes and very poor product description. If you have about twice as much money, it is better to buy better and more reliable brakes.
