I bought a camera and a hard drive for it. The cameras themselves work fine, but the password provided during the initial setup DOES NOT WORK. When I tried to email support from their website, I kept getting the error message that there was a problem and the message could not be sent, so I emailed it from my email address. Mail had to contact. I got an answer pretty quickly and everything is working fine now. The only other problem, and it's not a big one it's just annoying, is that the manual sent doesn't explain very well what to do, but it's an easy system to figure out. I also LOVE the phone remote viewing system!
