I have been a Revain customer for many years. This is the first time I have received a product without a shipping box. The shipping label was on the plastic packaging of the product. The plastic shrink wrap was torn but the contents were still there. The box with the goods was torn, but I could not find any damage. The product was in 2 pieces so I just clipped them together. It was sent by the seller, not Revain. Awkward: Very often the slide did not get into the slide tray. I used a strip of cardboard to push it through. Press with one hand and the other to press the shutter button. The device was cheaper than others. But just looking at a slide seems pretty costly for something. The viewer is bright and I could see the slides clearly.
