Good machine for beginners

I'm a fairly experienced seamstress and have machines in all price ranges so I was curious to see what this machine had to offer for beginners.1. Lightweight and compact for those who don't have space to store and need to take it out to use every time.2. It's easy to tap, although not as easy as on high-end machines. The video explains it much better than the manual3. Extension table, an amazing addition for this price range4. Multiple stitch options. But not too much to confuse a beginner5. Transparent spool cover so you can see when the spool runs out of line. Here are some of the downsides of this machine: 1. Noisy but tolerable2 No seam guide marks as the bobbin cover is transparent, straight sewing is the hardest to learn, I recommend buying a seam guide.3. Only two speed options, slow and fast. Slow is really slow and more options would be better for a beginner.4. back seam. You have to hold the button all the time, a beginner may have trouble with it, and even sew.5. It is claimed to be able to pass through 6 layers of fabric. Don't believe it for even a minute, it's not. Overall not a bad choice for the price for a beginner. It's a good idea to avoid thick layers or spirited fabrics like silk and chiffon. The thread provided is of terrible quality and you will soon see the huge difference between good quality thread and the improvement in the sewing process. Throw it away. Good car for a teenager or teenager who wants a car but not better looking kids cars. like a toy. I don't know how long it will last with fairly constant use, but I suspect the newbie will be ready for an upgrade in about a year. I thought the price was fair.
