We use yourserveradmin for our cloud infrastructure management services as well as for some of our other IT needs like desktop support. They are very knowledgeable about many different aspects of technology including servers, networking, software licensing etc. I would say they could be more proactive with their customer service but that might just be my personal preference. When we have questions regarding how to set up or deploy certain types of systems (like web apps) it can sometimes take awhile for them to get back to us. Once they do respond though you'll find someone who knows what he/she is doing.
