I have very dry hands. They were washed all the time because of Covid and hand sanitizer didn't help them. I think they were the worst I've ever had. I've tried everything from Aveeno to the hard working hands of O'Keefe and Aquaphor and none of them worked. The thing works and works well. I started using Friday night and by Sunday night most of the cracks on my hands had healed and were no longer dry and flaky at all. I've only ever used one that works just as quickly and well, but it requires a prescription, and that's Song's steroid cream, Clobetasol Propionate Cream. I highly recommend this product.
