I can't write a review because I can't get the Blu-ray player to work. The CD and DVD parts work, but not the Blu-Ray. There are almost no directions, no number to call for help, no website to go to for help. I got this because I needed a Blu-Ray. I already have DVD/CD players. I downloaded the video player software that came with the player and the Blu-ray doesn't work with it either. After spending at least 4 hours downloading some files that are supposedly missing from my computer, one of them got blocked and I couldn't find an alternative source. I am very upset and ready to return the player. grrrr
