Review on πŸ”Š Reizen 3 in 1 Talking Super Cube Clock: Empowering the Visually Impaired by Rachel Streater

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Finally found a talking watch that didn't have to be returned!

I bought this for my 96 year old mother who is 90% blind, has confusion and has a severe hearing loss that can be corrected with hearing aids. I recommend this watch to very old people with visual impairments who want to know the time and day of the week. My mother can no longer read the clock and can hardly hear most of the recorded voices. This dice clock worked so well that we bought her a second backup dice clock to use when the batteries needed changing. To help her find the buttons, I put a "raised (tactile) dot" on the time button. She feels the large bulge of the time button and knows that the smaller button is for the date. The male voice is clear and loud enough for her to hear. The only negative I found is the adjustment controls at the bottom. When editing a cube, it is very easy to make unintentional changes if a blind or curious user holds and turns the watch. To avoid accidentally changing the time/date I made a "plate" out of cardboard and glued it to the setting switches/buttons below. Wrapping or electrical tape is best. (Manufacturer's Note: A plastic cover for this area would be a great addition to this clock.)
