Brilliant product that more people should know about

Really well designed product. More people, especially medical professionals, should know that this easy-to-use device exists. My mom has advanced macular degeneration, as well as some memory issues and generalized anxiety disorder, so she (and we) have a lot of issues. She finds it difficult to see an ordinary clock, no matter how big, and cannot use a calendar. Due to anxiety and memory issues, Mom often has to convince herself that she hasn't missed a meeting or forgotten what day it is. The…

Great EASY to use talking clock; Delivery sucks.

I bought this watch twice for my 91 year old mother who hates used technology, even the most basic. This clock works for you. Mom also has dementia so she doesn't have short term memory and she gets nervous and freaks out when she doesn't know what day and time it is. She will only use this product. Press a button for the date; another button for the time. That's all. I wish they were more durable because I had to order a replacement watch when the original stopped talking after only 5.5…

Finally found a talking watch that didn't have to be returned!

I bought this for my 96 year old mother who is 90% blind, has confusion and has a severe hearing loss that can be corrected with hearing aids. I recommend this watch to very old people with visual impairments who want to know the time and day of the week. My mother can no longer read the clock and can hardly hear most of the recorded voices. This dice clock worked so well that we bought her a second backup dice clock to use when the batteries needed changing. To help her find the buttons, I put

mom loves it. for medical items and equipment

This is the third time I have bought a cubic watch for my mother. She is now 96 years old and officially blind. At night he sits by her bed, during the day at her table, and when she leaves he sits on her walker on her tray. It's easy to hear and understand. Above all, it is easy to use. You press 1 button for the time, you press another for the day of the week and the date. In addition, it fits perfectly in your hand. I gave 5 stars because she loves it so much. Here are the negative aspects…

Great idea, needs some tweaking

Bought for my mum who has macular degeneration and is almost blind. She is 91 years old. I've read that many others whose mothers have had macular degeneration have felt the same way. The product itself is great. My mom needed both a talking watch and something that would tell her the date because she was getting lost. When she started using it, we found a few small flaws in the design. First, the buttons are too small, and if they were a different color (e.g. white) that would help a lot. I…

  • Useful for more than intended purpose
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Great idea, but very bad execution. I'm sorry I bought it.

I bought this for my 99 year old aunt. She has very poor eyesight and very poor hearing. It has a different make/model of talking watch with a large light colored button at the top center. She likes it a lot, but (only) gives the time and not the day of the week or the date that she actually wanted. This charm watch does it, but as others have complained the buttons are very, very small for an elderly person to find and press. I colored the buttons and wrapped them in colored tape to make them…
